PAMPER ME PERFECT'S POLICIES 

Pamper me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa requires  a $100.00 deposit at least 2 weeks before an event to book the date you would like for your party. This can be PayPal,  cash, or money order payable to Pamper Me Perfect Kids Mobile Spa. A final head count must be given one week prior to event. In the event all children do not show up, a refund cannot be furnished for no shows. Cancellations given two weeks notice may reschedule once!!! PLEASE note that no child's nails will be cut, filed nor clipped. Feet are to be already cleaned prior for sanitary purposes. THIS SERVICE IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY! FULL BALANCE shall be paid before services begin - cash only. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your spa party exceeds 6 girls, an additional $50.00 will be added to package price for an additional hostess. Pamper Me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa will travel up to 20 miles, any further will incur a small traveling fee of $1.00 a mile after the first 20. We will arrive at your location of choice 1 hour before to set up. Please have a clear space and two tables available. PLEASE ALERT US OF ANY ALLERGIES!!!


The parent shall be present at ALL times. We will arrive with 6 spa chairs and 6 foot baths. SANITATION  is our main concern, so we will sanitize  after each bowl is used. For the runway walk, if your little diva has a favorite song let us know and they can strut their stuff to their favorite music. We pride ourselves on quality, honesty, and having a good time so call today and let's have a Spa-tac-u-lar time. We keep in touch the whole time during the planning process of your child's party so I, the owner, will send emails and texts to make sure everything is perfect.


IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: Final headcount will be 5 days before event. THE PRICES WILL REMAIN THE SAME AFTER HEADCOUNT REGARDLESS OF CANCELLATIONS OF GUEST OR NO SHOWS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE GUEST OR NO SHOWS! It's important to stress to guests on invitations that punctuality is important because a timed service is being performed.

WHAT TO EXPECT MY FIRST PHONE CALL

We will discuss you and your child's wants for her special day. I will mail you out a contract along with our brochure about our packages and policies. After you review everything we will set up a date to meet and discuss your child's party. A deposit will be given....and that's it! NO HASSLE. YOU CAN JUST SIT BACK and await the day when your daughter and her friends are pampered perfect. Then your daughter can say she was pampered perfectly. You can write a testimonial on our website about how great our services are and then I put your daughter on our V.I.P list and your daughter gets 5% off every party after. It's that easy!!!

NOTE: Effective March 15, 2015 a release form will be signed to use all photographs taken by Pamper Me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa LLC to use for advertising purposes. NO NAMES OR TAGS WILL NEVER BE USED. THANKS.
