1. Event Duration: To ensure we provide the best possible service, kindly share your event itinerary with us one week in advance. This will help us coordinate our services effectively, as the duration of our engagement may vary based on the girls' interests.

2. Our Role: Our primary focus is delivering a relaxing and enjoyable experience for your daughter and her friends. While we can offer engaging activities and games upon request, please understand that our service centers on providing beauty treatments, not child supervision.

3. Parental Involvement: To maintain a smooth and pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly request that parents remain accessible during the event. This will allow for immediate attention to any child-related matters or specific requests. We cannot be held responsible for the behavior of children or the care of your home. To protect your belongings and maintain a safe environment, please supervise your guests and restrict their access to specific areas as needed.

Final Headcount & Attendance

• Final guest count is due 1 week before your event. This locks in your price, regardless of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

• Services begin at the scheduled time, so please plan accordingly.

Event Logistics

• No food or drink is allowed in spa chairs or robes.

• Large parties (12+ guests) will incur additional fees for an extra hostess.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests after final confirmation.

 

Guest Services

• Please ensure all nail polish is removed before the spa treatments begin. We cannot remove gel or acrylic nails.

• Nail services are limited to polish application - no cutting or filing will be done.

 

Event Location, Parental Supervision, Age Limitations

• Outdoor events must be held on a hard surface (no dirt, sand, grass, or rocks) and under 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Parents must be present throughout the entire event.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if an event seems unsafe for any reason.

• We provide services for children ages 3-13 only.

 

Additional Information

• If your event is at a hotel, any parking fees for Pamper Me Perfect Mobile Kids Spa LLC are the responsibility of the person named on the agreement.

• We cannot service locations without readily accessible water.

• For technician safety, we cannot service locations with more than one flight of stairs.

• The Red Carpet package cannot be changed to another package after robe orders are placed.
